I arrive in the evening and settle in for the night (typically overnight visits are 8 hours). While you sleep, I'm awake for feedings, diaper changes, and soothing between wakings. If you're breastfeeding or chestfeeding, I'll bring baby to you for feeds and handle everything else so you can fall right back asleep. My goal is simple: you wake up rested, not running on empty.

Yes. You don't need to have hired me for other services to book overnight support. Many families come to me specifically for nights, especially once they realize how much sleep deprivation affects healing and mental health in the fourth trimester. We'll start with a free consultation to talk through your needs and build a schedule that works for your family.

My care is rooted in presence, nourishment, and ritual. I'm not just here to hold your baby while you sleep. I'm here to protect your recovery: your rest, your nervous system, and your healing. Sleep is not a luxury during postpartum, it's a physiological need, and my overnight support is built to help you get it.
