Abhyanga Warm Oil Treatments

 

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic practice involving full-body oil massage to promote wellness. It is a self-care ritual that can be done daily, especially beneficial for balancing the Vata dosha, alleviating stress, and promoting better sleep. Abhyanga involves warming and applying oil to the entire body. It is especially beneficial for newly postpartum mothers!
