Birth Doula Support
Honoring birth as sacred, intuitive, and uniquely yours
I believe birth is powerful, unpredictable, and deeply personal. As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you with presence, reverence, and steady support. My role is to guide, ground, and uplift you throughout your birthing experience.
My goal is to bring a calm and connected energy to your birth space. Whether you're welcoming your first baby or your fifth, you'll feel supported, heard, and deeply cared for.
Supporting your birthing path, wherever it winds.
Here’s what birth care with me looks like:
Physical Support: Massage, breathwork, movement, and position changes to ease labor and promote progress
Emotional Support: A calm presence to hold space, reduce fear, and guide you through every wave
Informational Support: Honest, evidence- and experience-based insights so you can make confident, informed choices
Advocacy: Encouragement to use your voice, and support in making sure it’s heard
Above all, I help create a peaceful, grounded environment so you can stay connected to your body and your baby.

Nope! I support births of all kinds; hospital, home, birth center, medicated, non-medicated, cesarean sections. I support YOU and your partner in whatever way you choose to bring your baby into the world.
-
Not at all! Your partner is your number one supporter. I love working with partners to get them involved–helping them know what to do, keeping them engaged and informed about the process. I work with your partner as a team to support you and keep you feeling comfortable and safe.

I love working with partners! I give them tools to use during labor so that they feel confident guiding and supporting you. It’s a team effort and also one of the biggest moments in their lives too. I want to make it memorable for your entire family, and like connecting with your partner to make sure they feel heard and supported too!

As far as interventions and pain management, I support anything my clients want or desire at any point in your labor.
I do not support circumcision (non-consensual genital mutilation, which provides no medical benefit). I understand this is a very personal decision, and I’m here to talk through the myths of this procedure. Please reach out for more information!
